About our workshop: Bring Your Goals To Life: Try a Vision Board
It may be difficult to take care of yourself with so much going on, and it may be difficult to remember important short-term and long-term goals. Join the Wellness Center in making self-care vision boards and or goal vision boards. Creating vision boards is a great tool to help you to make your goals come to life! When times get rough, rely on your vision board to help motivate you!
