Join the Wellness Center for Meditation Mondays. Let's make Mondays a little better by unwinding and relaxing. In this session, students will indulge themselves in practicing stress management techniques such as deep breathing and meditation. Participants will listen to music that helps de-stress and lower their heart rate while also enjoying some deep breathing and imagery exercises.
